Guidelines for Abstract Submission

The accepted file format is Microsoft Word.

The abstract should be in A4 page format, should extend to no more than two page (including figures and tables).

The length of the abstract should be up to 750 words.

The abstract must be in English and give sufficient information on the contents of the proposed paper to enable the Committee to evaluate it. Introductory and general matters should not be included.

Contributions on the Conference Topics are welcome as oral or poster presentations.  

Please refer to the Conference Topics and contribution type (Oral or Poster) while submitting the abstracts.

The filename should be in the following format: "LASTNAME_INITIAL.filetype".

Authors must make sure that the files do not include copyrighted fonts or any other impediments for reproduction.
